It’s been 22 years since we had this company do our loft conversion. We live in a Victorian house, and had our loft converted to become a self enclosed flat for my mum to come and live with us.
Jamie Ernie and Crew made it possible for her to have complete independence and yet still have her family around her. They built her a completely self enclosed flat in our roof space with kitchen bedroom bathroom and sitting room.
Now 22 years later we we have very sadly lost her – but what these guys did made a huge difference to both hers and our lives. What they built has certainly stood us the test of time.
The odd lick of paint and updates to soft furnishings was all it ever needed over the years whilst we still had mom with us.
Now it’s time to make some changes so we decided to convert the loft (moms space) into a master bedroom – we needed to know if some of the internal walls dividing the rooms could come down to create a large open space.
So 22 years later I met with Jamie again to relook at the plans and advise if this would be a problem – we had planned on removing the internal wall ourselves.
He was good enough to confirm that indeed this could happen and has recommended that if we are at all unsure during the removal process to give him a call.
i cannot fault this company – our loft looks as good today as the day it was finished with great attention to detail and superb after-service even 22 years on.
