Alvaston were brilliant. The workmanship was outstanding and the job was completed within the estimated time. Jamie always answers his phone and his suggestions made a big difference to the success of the build. The project manager was professional and took time to understand what we wanted. The workers were lovely and the roofer did a top job. What was also appreciated were little things like the lads helping my neighbour when she was struggling with her car, and generally being very respectful of us and our neighbours throughout. There were some additional payments at the end that were a fair price for the additional work completed but it would have been helpful to know the costs as we went along. Otherwise a stunning extension with a professional finish, respectful team and at a fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alvaston. Thank you!
