I had 4 companies (including Alvaston Loft Conversions) come round to look at my home and quote for a loft conversion. Alvaston stood out because Jamie Harper was clearly very knowledgeable about his trade, and he made suggestions that other did not. As a result of this, we did not have to lose space from any other rooms and he designed and made built-in wardrobes and cupboards that have maximised the available space in our new bedroom.
The work was completed in less than 4 weeks and to a very high standard of workmanship indeed. Everyone that has seen the conversion has commented on the standard of the finish.
Something else worth mentioned is how well Alvaston coordinated the project and arranged for plumbing, plastering, and electrical work to be done at the appropriate times. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering enhancing their home with a loft conversion.
