We contracted Alvaston to convert our loft to a bedroom/ensuite. A fabulous job from start to finish. All contractors were highly skilled, professional and friendly. We had a number of companies provide us with quotes for our conversion, but too many companies we just seemed to be "another" conversion and they didn't particularly offer any input to the design/layout of our conversion. It’s been 22 years since we had this company do our loft conversion. We live in a Victorian house, and had our loft converted to become a self enclosed flat for my mum to come and live with us. We didn't leave much time for Jamie, paul and the team as we were expecting a second child in the march (hence the late feedback). We had alvaston do our loft conversion aprox 10 years ago and it it is still perfect. After the fire brigade did a fire risk assessment last week on our property they commented that this was the best loft conversion they had seen. Also it more than complied with the latest building standards and fire regulations. Well done.

Alvaston were brilliant as we had our whole house taken back to bare brick.The kitchen was drawn up over night by a employee who is a kitchen fitter. The drawings of the kitchen was precise to the milometer. The rest of the house we and the builders had ideas. We decided to mix ideas and ended up with a superb house which was brought up to a very high spec for a old building. The builders did a excellent job and the staff were very helpfull would recommend. Hope to have back to do loft conversion

Workers arrived just before 730am every morning and worked until after 5 every night. Worked very hard and all staff were very pleasant and professional. Alvaston converted both our loft and garage in October this year and we are thoroughly delighted with the work that has been carried out. The team arrived promptly everyday and worked hard all day. I was always provided with information on the progress and advised on different issues that occurred as we went along.
